TECHNIQUE
As for engineered floors, they were produced in order to remove some of the negativity caused by solid parquets. In engineered floors, which are obtained by pressing more than one massive tree layer combined under industrial glues, heat, and pressure, the first layer constitutes the outer image. Thickness of engineered floors changes from 12 mm to 20 mm.
STABILITY
Wooden material carries hygroscopic quality. In other words, it is interactive with humidity. The work (contraction and expansion) of solid parquets in times of heat and humidity exchange, their dimensional shifts, are largely eliminated in engineered floorings. It is the result of different layer thicknesses of engineered flooring and more importantly that layers are combined their fiber direction being fixed perpendicular to one another.
USAGE
Engineered floors are suitable for installation on your old parquet, tile ceramic, and concrete with floating technique and also for gluing on appropriate situations. Moreover, like solid parquets, laminated parquets can later on be restored with varnishing with sistre.
HEALTH
Thanks to its low thermal conductivity, wood is a construction material with the highest subjective temperature. Besides, wooden elements with vibrant panel quality such as engineered flooring provides with acoustically comfortable places by absorbing ultrasonic sounds.
Along with all these, wooden parquets do not shelter gem and bacterium and do not form any electrostatic space. For this reason, it should be kept in mind that it is the best floor planking that allergists recommend especially for children.
